37th day

Today we decided to move a bit further south because we don't really like this camping site; it's far from everything and surrounded by roads, so taking walks isn't an option.
It rained until ten-thirty, so we left a bit later than usual, but since the journey was short, it didn't matter to us.
Lisa and Gerhard decided to join us again πŸ™ƒ T isn't too thrilled about hiking with them because Lisa goes very slowly and he gets bored, but he waited for them anyway, and they went together.

As always, I arrived first and set up. We liked this place much more. It's an agritourism site with animals, family-run like all these businesses, and very friendly. Plus, it has a washing machine, and we need to do laundry, so it's perfect.
We feel like staying a couple of nights and doing nothing, absolute relaxation. T has been on the bike since the beginning; he only rested a couple of days due to the rain, so this stop will do him good.
The afternoon was super calm, each doing their own thing. T and I did three loads of laundry 😲. We decided to have dinner at the restaurant tonight and do a barbecue tomorrow, so the guys went to buy some meat because they won't be open tomorrow.

A warm shower in open-air showers 🀣 and around eight, we headed to the restaurant. Fixed menu with seasonal and local starters and a meat grill. Everything was quite good. We were the only table, and the rest of the dining room was occupied by a group of Erasmus university students at their farewell dinner. We had great company, although it was a bit too noisy.
Despite ordering three menus for four people, we had leftover food 😊; these country folks eat like there's no tomorrow. The guys didn't hold back with their shopping today; they went to the supermarket hungry and brought back half a pig 🐷.
A bit of chatting after the meal, and around eleven, we went to sleep. Tomorrow we'll head out to explore the surroundings and see the beach.

Lisa and Gerhard are also staying tomorrow, and then everyone will go their separate ways. They are a lovely couple, and we enjoy making friends and changing up our routines, but after so many days, it's starting to weigh on us. We feel like being alone again πŸ™‚ and having some peace. Who knows, maybe we'll run into them again later.
Good night... I'll keep you updated 😘
