3rd day

France

Municipal camping cap Leucate (Leucate) - Parking Park La Noisette d'Oc (Mèce)

107 km

The night has been quite eventful. Being so close to the sea, we experienced the storm up close, and after all, the wine wasn't enough to knock us out 🀣.

We were unsure whether to continue on our way or stay here another day due to the rain, but in the end, we decided to move a bit further to an oyster farm that offers parking and overnight stays if you buy something at the shop πŸ˜‰.

We arrived almost at the same time. T was super happy because he found a place that sold white wine really cheap 🀣🀣🀣, to enjoy with the oysters.

Once we were settled, we didn't have much time to get to the restaurant, and since it hadn't started raining yet, we sat on the terrace with a view of all the farms 🫣 to snack on something.

This place is truly impressive; it's an industrial area of farms located around another salt lagoon.

After the appetizer, we went for a walk with another snack stop πŸ˜‰.

It's absolutely what it looks like πŸ™„. When we're in the area, we practically eat shrimp, mussels, and oysters, which are super cheap and drive us both crazy 🀩.

The rain sent us back home, and we spent a quiet afternoon inside, each doing our own thing πŸ€“.

It's still raining outside, and tomorrow looks like more of the same, so we've decided to stay another day until the storm passes 🌧️.

On Tuesday, we're going to visit a nearby Harley workshop to have a look at the fuel pump 🏍️.

Good night... I'll keep you posted 😘
